In order for us to provide the best possible service for you, your pets and all our clients, the following applies.
It is imperative that all pets be up-to-date on vaccinations and proof of same submitted at Contract signing. We do not provide service for aggressive animals, those with a history of biting, or pets whose vaccinations are not current. All pets must wear identification tags while in our care. We welcome disabled pets and/or those needing extra special care. Clients with doggie doors are accepted.
We will not agree to walking dogs off leash even at customer's request. We also follow the law and pick up after the dogs we walk. If a customers requests pets are to be left unattended outdoors during visits, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage that may occur as a result of this decision.
We do not accept job sharing (i.e. sharing pet sitting and/or home watch responsibilities) with client's neighbors or friends. Exceptions may be made for immediate family members.
In the event of injury or illness of your assigned pet sitter, another staff sitter will be assigned. It is our policy to ensure that your pets and home are never left unattended.
Payment in full is due at contract signing or prior to the start of first day of service. A travel itinerary must be provided. Reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years or for any period of time over two weeks and longer must be paid in full at time of booking.
The cancellation fee for services cancelled within 10 days will be the first visit charge.
Three weeks prior to the 1st visit is a full refund, two weeks prior to the holiday 50% is refunded, one week prior to the holiday 25% is refunded. Under one week we do not refund.
All clients are required to provide 2 working sets of house keys at contract signing.
